    Open Air Photo Booth that allows multiple guests at a time to capture those special moments. This experience has user friendly applications that allow fast and easy digital access to each photo and social media integrations. The booth also includes premier backdrop selection, premium lighting, quality prop selection and an online photo gallery.

    Wirelessly controlled RGB uplights that are strategically placed throughout your venue to accent walls, ceilings, and other points of interest. Transform your reception hall with beautiful ambient lighting.

  • Dancing on a Cloud

    Take your first dance to the skies by adding this magical touch with our Dancing on the Cloud feature. With a simple mixture of dry ice and water, this effect turns your entire dance floor into a thick white cloud making for that picture perfect moment. This feature does not produce any odor or irritation of any kind. The cloud quickly dissipates after use requiring no clean up.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! This is your wedding and we want it to be everything you dreamed of. Our online questionnaire will help you fill out your must plays and we will also talk about your vision during our walkthrough call. We will take requests from your guests the night of but filter out anything that you as the bride and groom would not enjoy.

  • Yes! We can upgrade any wedding party with intelligent moving beam/wash lighting and hazers.

    In addition to Weddings by Crown, we own Crown Productions and can design a sound system that will fit your venue and party perfectly including trussing, staging, subs, and line array systems.

  • Our service time starts when your ceremony begins and ends at the last song of the night. Set up, tear down, and 30 minutes of seating music before the ceremony is included in every package. So if your wedding is 5pm to 10pm, we arrive at 3pm, start playing music at 4:30pm, and will party until 10pm!

  • Yes we require a 25% deposit to lock in your date which you can easily pay online.

  • We will work our magic to get your guests on the dance floor and keep them there! However, if you and your guests would rather hang out and not feel pressured to dance, we can set the vibe and still make it a night to remember!

  • In addition to weddings, Crown Entertainment has had the privilege to provide sound and music for a number of renowned companies such as Publix, United Way, Florida Strawberry Festival, Amelie Arena, Tampa Bay Lighting, and the Florida State Fair. One of our key ingredients for continued success lies in our ability to cater to a wide variety of corporate clients.
